The Kiddies

(Very under re-construction)

As a wise friend once said when i asked if his girlfriend knew he smoked pot:  Yeah, she knows ...      She doesn’t know the extent …

Similar to my friend's girlfriend's state of reality semi-awareness, i knew MSC was involved in mission work with NT Originals - but still didn’t fathom the extent …

I do now. Not fully - that's not possible - but got a good-handle.  Enough to know it's way, way more extensive than my friend's pot habit will ever be.  Can say that up-front, as a spoiler

MSC's arc is like my friend turned out to be El Chapo ...

From humble beginnings, MSC rose to become THE Main ORG - On-The-Planet - conducting Cultural Inculcation on Indigenous communities, in the NT.  All the impacts (rightly or wrongly) on NT Indigenous, etiologically speaking, all traces back to MSC (then Rome).  That's a fact.  Who knew?

When people talk about Colonialization, MSC was the pointy-end.

Stolen Generation?  MSC spear-headed that cruel social-engineering offensive.  Cultural severance from the Elder System?  Thank MSC.  Deals with Gov-backed power/money/police?  In spades. Plus ... much, much more ... !

Research-wise: the first stone* is the heaviest

Though it's simple enough as a principle:  Turn-it-Over

In this case, it was the above - MSC, as an ORG, was the face of white colonization in NT.  That's a biggie.

(* technically, it may not be 1st - there'll be pebbles - but you'll know it when you see it - it's the one that:  opens-up-a-path - that was previously blocked - by:  The Big Stone)

But: your subconscious brain knows: seeing-it-through, that shit's gonna lead to a lot more fucking-stone-turning, which requires effort, takes time away from other pressing things that require effort ...  Do you even want to go there?  What for?

It literally gives me a splitting-head-ache.  That's normal for any research topic of magnitude. It's almost a good sign ...

For MSC though, there's an added weight.  This is a subject where:  having lived through MSC's off-the-rails Dark Chapter - Catholic Boarding-schools for 6-years in the mid-70s - i ... really, really  don't-wanna-go-there ...    Really.

There's a reason why they call Dark Stuff ... Dark ...

As Nives said:  The only thing i hate, is people that make her feel hate...

Nobody wants to go there - we try to stay upbeat as a principle - but sometimes you're forced to fight back.  If you don't ... you, others will be rolled over ...

Later we will get into the whole GOV-MSC relationship -  suffice to say upfront: it's integral to what went down

Started a funding pipeline that the fledgling MSC grew attached to, strong on.  It quickly became a symbiotic relationship.  To the extent that:  if there was no Aus Gov tax-dollar funding for closed-male society religious sects ...  there'd likely be no MSC.  (MSC, despite it's (valid) claims to French origin.

If there was no MSC enacting Gov's Assimilation Offensive, there'd be no subjugation of First Nations People (+ no stolen generation, no alcohol,

To restate:  MSC was:  The Face of:  Australia’s Colonizational-interaction with NT’s indigenous tribes - Tiwis & Mainlanders

A full Mind-control offensive.  Front-line Actors.  Including: child education, (weird) religious inculcation/cultural severance

The goal: assimilation.  Conducted according to government-backed policy.

(* Technically, AI is doing it by polling everyone's every-keystroke - so it is possible. More than possible.  Actual.)

Pop question: What percent of adult First Nations People were converted to Christianity by MSC?

Ans: zero

Yeah surprised me at first, too, but when you think about it …

Hi, i’m some alien guy here to spread the good news that the Virgin Mary gave birth to Jesus who died on the cross to save us1800 years ago -  then ascended into heaven!

Yeah … no.  We're good, mate - we’ve got our own beliefs - the Everywhen

Maybe that’s how the great Aussie Yeah-no thinking came into being ... ?

The Jesuits, best-in-the-business at connecting to indigenous tribes - learn the language, do the Sunday mass in it, permeate into the culture, incorporate it, the whole bit - they had first crack, naturally …

French Trappists, no slouches at proselytizing, also set up shop, separately.

They both gave it their best shot … then … :      gave up

Abandoned their humble mission structures - said: It can’t be done

That left THE Church in a pickle.  If your stated goal is World Mind-control - you can’t throw ya hands in the air coz a whole continent of First Nations humans says:     Yeah - no

The responsibility was then delegated by the THE Church to MSC.  They didn't want it.  "expressed no interest". Their focus was PNG.

For the Love of God: (B)ut the MSC expressed no interest in north Australian missions located in a newly created vicariate held by a diocesan bishop.

After The Jesuits abandoned their mission, MSC agreed to fill the void with the office of an apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Victoria-Palmerston.

You can accuse THE Church of whatever you like, you can’t accuse them of not being a disciplined hierarchy.  If you’re told to do something, as a fledgling Order, by The Church, then it’s like someone said to De Niro’s character in Casino: Consider it a Papal-bull

Francis Gsell was recalled from Yule Island , took on the job.   Then, depending upon your criteria, succeeded in converting large numbers of First Nations People to Catholicism…

His first act in charge was a shrewd one.  He did nothing.  For five years.  Patiently waited until the federal government formally assumed administration of NT, then only swung into action with their full-funding/backing.

Then launched The Bathurst Island Mission.

The adults were still a dead-end of course, in fact trying to convert them was banned from the Higher-up-ers as a waste of resources. The magic trick?:

Get into the kiddies

aka: the Stolen Generation (1905-67)

The MSC missions in NT were The Vocational Training Camps for stolen kids. They were their main customers.  Although Govt/MSC child-stealing was officially discontinued as a policy in 1967 (lingered into the 70s, unofficially), kids taken in the 60’s would have been 11-years old through to teenagers from the mid-seventies to eighties - so that formative years impact-zone stretches into recent history.  That shit doesn't go away, btw.  Those people, now late-50+ years-old, are still dealing with the impacts ...

Stolen-generation was mainly about removing mixed-blood children from their parents.  The (misguided) thinking was that in order to protect a dwindling pure-blood population from extinction, the half-castes needed to be segregated & assimilated into the White-population.

But when that program was discontinued, it then became Aboriginal children in general that were brought under the protective umbrella of the Catholic Church.  The Church will argue that they were not stolen as such - Francis Gsell bought them with tobacco, steel (for weapons), & various trinkets.  The children were then offered accommodation/education at the missions where they were raised as Catholics.  In effect, the elder-system, which had run for 60k years, was severed.  It was replaced with The Church.

As such, MSC missions would serve as a melting-pot for the children of different skin groups, united in the love of Jesus …

How did that work out?  Let’s take a look …
