The Origin of Fort Detrick

(under construction)  By 1969 there was growing domestic criticism of the US's secret bio-weapons program.  To head it off, Nixon ordered a review, first in 10 years, even he was surprised by what it uncovered .  The massive stockpiles of deadly disease-bombs they'd assembled - saying quote the offensive program demonstrated nuclear equivalence of biological weapons.

We'll get back to that later, but how did it get to that level?

Of course, the US was determined to be a world leader - it's how Fort Detrick came into being.  In fact, it started organically, in the early forties - by a clique of civilian scientist experts operating below the surface.  They called themselves the War Reserve Service .  Bio-warfare was their calling  Ahead of the curve thinkers.  Even Roosevelt had no idea they existed initially.   But when he did, he was all in. 

That kernel of private individuals then grew into Fort Detrick - the premier germ-weapon facility on earth - that gives you an insight - into the entitled Empire Culture that lives on today, now called NIIAID, stronger than ever: a secret higher-truth society -  playing God with the direction of humanity. 

Yeah, so what?  Someone's gotta do it.  I am that big-picture person.  That's my day job.  Always will be.  Whereas, What's yours?  Second thoughts: who cares?

Using this built-in logic, captured Japanese scientists from 731 - war criminals of the highest order - were rigourously interrogated - then offered pardons for passing on, secretly, their findings.  Terms to which, naturally, they all gleefully complied. 

That's the thing about being a scientist:  even when you do do evil shit - if  you somehow get caught - which you probably won't - but if you do - rest assured - you always get a free-ride out. ...

Not long after, the US was roundly accused of launching cholera & plague assaults in the Korean War - using a technology acquired from the 731'ers.  They admitted capability, but denied deployment - saying the outbreaks were due to natural causes.  

Then again, if it is a secret-security-op - you're not gonna be owning-up to it by definition , right?  It's classified. See ya on the other-side

Then there were the nutty airplane aerosol attacks on major US cities with a simulant substance. The scale of this unchecked, alternative universe of bio-weapons thinking.   Locked-into an arms race to world domination - a vested industry - with its own momentum.

Did it put some noses out of joint? The War Reserve was already a closed-scio-society power-base before the govt came along - that network doesn't dissolve overnight.  They all kept their jobs at Fort Detrick.

Loop-hole: 101:  We're not creating bioweapons for offensive deployment - just we need to keep making them - so we know how best to defend against them n such.
