Stay Positive

One of the things that I want to do from THE Lessons as well, is to ensure that we're positive, that the process of learning from the pandemic is constructive, rather than destructive.

Why? Who cares?  Let the chips lie where they fall.  It’s an investigation.  Seems like finding: everything was/is rosy - give us more powers/money going forward - is the only thing you do want to do from THE Lessons. 

Goerg Hegel, a philosopher (now New-Normal-banned in Aus as an academic pursuit) was right: The main lesson we learn from history is: we don’t learn the lesson

The Covid Inquiry is a real-time case-study of how that happens.

One of the things that didn't help during The Pandemic was the sort of activity like when the Federal Government supported Clive Palmer's legal case (against radical restrictions on Freedom of Movement), rather than supported Mark McGowan and the actions that the WA Government were taking.

Mark McGowan (+all the premiers) & the actions his gov were taking were vying with DanAndrews.gov’s actions for:  most radicalized police-state  …  on the planet 

Within that scary fake-universe, it literally became an interstate rivalry thing. 

Welcome to the opening/closure of the zero-Covid state-of-origin games.  Where our leaders are sniping at each other whilst preaching unity.  Whilst seeing their popularity track-up the more they spiked the exponential fear curve. 

If Ego-maniac Power-grabbing was an Olympic sport, then the Aussies could well have trifected the podium. (Bronze narrowly going to Qld’s Anna Palaszczuk, honorable mentions to Argentina & PRC )

But we need to make sure that this is forward focused and consider all of the Commonwealth responses to the pandemic.

Two points

One: you’ve really got this Messaging-boner for the forward focus, right?  Is that what your party chat-bot machine suggested when you typed-in:  strategy to cover-up the-Covid-truth? 

It’s weird, Albo.  It will only make people suspicious.   You can’t have an investigation without focusing on past events.
