Inside the Jan 2020 WIV Conference
The Feb 1 Teleconference was historic, but the January WIV Advisory Conference - a live event - predates that - it shaped it.
Think about it: if you entertain the possibility that Covid was a GoFFed-up WIV-exit event, then the contents of a WIV brainstrust meeting from Jan 11-14, right before the virus exploded onto the world, is big. It's, potentially, the people who caused Covid conducting an emergency response plan to cover it up - a plan that was dutifully followed/implemented by the world's leading experts, media, politicians, corporations, global bodies - the whole frightening world where One-Everything flexed its muscle:
due to Covid
Linfa is Chairman of that. We can assume the participants were the WIV higher-ups. So who are they?
Yuan Zhiming, directorDirector of the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (AP Photo/Mark Schiefelbein)
Ph.D. biotechnology, Sun Yat-sen University, trained and worked in France, Denmark, and United States
Deputy Director WIV since 2000 (pre-SARS), Focuses on: drug discovery of aborviruses, genomics, insecticidal proteins, genetic modification of Bacillus spp (a microbial agent similar to Anthrax)
2003-present: Chairman Institutional Biosafety Committee, Group leader on the Sino-French biosafety legislation cooperation
Yuan Zhiming: I want to emphasize that .... the Wuhan Institute of Virology has never designed, made or leaked the novel coronavirus
Key points: Genetic modification specialist, WIV since pre-SARS, strong French connection
Wang Yan-yi: Director General.General, WIV. The photo looks like she's about 17 years old but she's actually 40
PhD (Beijing University), M.S. University of Colorado School of Medicine, Before joining the Institute of Virology,
Young Scholar Awards 2013, 2014, WIV since 2012, Director since 2018
Involved in development of antiviral drug Shuang-huang-lian, a Chinese traditional medicine patent, repurposed as a Covid treatement as early as Jan 31, 2020, causing a rush on the drug, though efficacy was later questioned.
A Chinese language article criticizes her as: a post-80's woman who was relying on her husband's superior position re her meteoric rise from completing her academic training to WIV Director in 6 years. Her husband is Shu Hong-bing, a renowned scientist at Peking, then Wuhan Universities. Where Yanyi received her BSc, Phd, from the same universities, respectively. (MSc Colorado, but she's not a full-on interfacer like the others.
In an NBC video, Aug 2020, Wang is asked: What is your theory on how the virus was able to make it to a city like Wuhan? Did you ever, at one point, worry that it might have come from your lab?
The response is great. She pauses to think - you can see her mind ticking over -her faint smile flickering - she remembers Shi Zhengli's answer - how that turned out ... her eyes roll top left - i know that means something- accessing a memory...
The faint smile returns like it never left as she lists off ways it could have arrived in Wuhan, including the Cold-Chain Hypothesis, then says:
Wang Yanyi (vid, 2:23): It's certainly impossible the virus was made by, or leaked by, the Wuhan Institute of Virology. We did not worry that the virus may have been leaked from the institute. Mainly because the management has always been very strict and standardized. In the past there have never been any bio-safety accidents such as pathogen leak, or even infection.
Key points: Fast-tracked millennial talent parachuted into management at WIV due partially to husband's influence - WIV benefited from promotion of dubious Covid treatment - not an interfacer
WuxiangWu-xiang Guan,Guan, Deputy Director General: MD and PhD (Chinese CDC), PI, Viral Replication and Posttranscriptional Regulation Group. BSc in Clinical Medicine (2000), MSc in Virology (2003),Tongji Medical University.
PhD awarded by Institute of Viral Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese CDC (2006).
Research in University of Kansas Medical Center (2007-2009), in Stowers Institute of Medical Research (2010-2012) before joining WIV in 2012 - same year as his boss.
Research: mechanisms of DNA replication of viruses, alternative polyadenylation regulation of viral mRNA and 3’ end biogenesis of noncoding RNA.
Key points: Looks like a gangster, he's researching mechanisms of DNA replication, mRNA tech. It's curious China didn't go the mRNA route with their vaccines. Surely they could have if they wanted to. Did they know something?
He Chang-cai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, since 2013
Ichthyology (fish zoology), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) from Jul. 1985 to Jun. 1996.
2000-2007, deputy head General Office of Education Center, then head 2001-2003, deputy head Office of Organization and Human Resources. 2008 to Aug. 2013, head of General Office, Office of Infrastructure, and assistant of the President of Wuhan Branch, CAS. since 2013, Corporate Secretary of the Party at Wuhan Branch from Oct. 2005 to Jul. 2013.
Key points: The CCP's man in WIV - same 80's graduate vintage as Linfa Wang
Gong Peng, Deputy Director General:
BSc (Under1998) constructionand MSc (2001) in Chemistry from Tsinghua University, PhD (2002-2007) University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with Dr. Craig T Martin & Dr. Karsten. 2007-11, research with Dr. Olve B Peersen at Colorado State University. Joined WIV 2011.
Key Points: Interfacer -10 othersyears comingat soonUS universities,
So what advice did Linfa share?share as chair in a meeting with the above WIV heavyweights?
The following is an artistic rendering of what may have transpired ...
(Edit: No it's not. It's been split to a separate book where it's under construction. Instead we'll go straight to Linfa's involvement with the Lancet Statement.)
